The Premeditated Murder of George Floyd: A Theory (part 2)
“I’ve drawn regret from the truth of a thousand lies. So let mercy come… and wash away what I’ve done.” ("What I’ve Done" by Linkin Park)
A famous saying by Sun Tzu is “To know your enemy, you must become your enemy.” Suppose you wished to impose a totalitarian system upon the United States. One approach would be to look for any form of cultural weakness. The beginning of such a list might include: (1) a history of racism and (2) media controlled by a relatively small group of few elites.
Therefore, an enemy might view an effective way to wage an information war as: (1) cause an apparent act of racism to occur, and (2) influence the elite group who controls the media to amplify the message that the US is fatally flawed and its system of government must be changed.
There are several other steps an enemy might take, but for now let’s focus only on these two. What if our enemies sought to use an act of overt racism to bring about strife and division in the United States? In that circumstance, it would behoove our enemies to bribe police officers, especially White officers, such as Derek Chauvin or Thomas Lane, to kill a Black man in broad daylight in front of many witnesses who record the event.
Furthermore, the enemy would benefit if a dangerous level of drugs could be administered to the Black victim prior to the encounter with a White officer. The effect would be for those inclined to support the police to suggest that drugs, rather than police violence, were responsible for the Black man’s death. The outcome would be that the country would be divided. (see part 1 on how this accomplished via a dual narrative approach) By manipulating the media on both sides of the argument and by censoring discussion of the possibility of a premeditated attack on the Black man, the country could be divided and -perhaps- eventually conquered.
If this point about the media seems unlikely, I ask you to consider first the following comments made by the attorney for George Floyd’s family, Ben Crump, as quoted in Newsweek:
https://www.newsweek.com/derek-chauvin-george-floyd-nightclub-minneapolis-1509880
“Speaking to CBS, the lawyer representing Floyd's family previously said he is hopeful Chauvin may still be charged with first-degree murder as he knew Floyd. ’That is going to be an interesting aspect to this case and hopefully upgrading these charges to first-degree murder because we believe he knew who George Floyd was,’ attorney Ben Crump said.”
In the same Newsweek story: “A former coworker of George Floyd and former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin has come forward to claim that the pair clashed while they worked together at a nightclub. David Pinney, who also worked at the El Nuevo Rodeo club in Minneapolis, told CBS Evening News that Chauvin and the man he is accused of murdering ‘bumped heads’ while on shifts together. ‘It has a lot to do with Derek being extremely aggressive within the club with some of the patrons, which was an issue,’ Pinney said.
Pinney added that he is sure that Chauvin would have recognized Floyd as he kept his knee on his neck for several minutes while the 46-year-old called out "I can't breathe" last month.
CBS News Correspondent Jeff Pegues asked David Pinney, “Is there any doubt in your mind that Derek Chauvin knew George Floyd?”
David Pinney (pictured below) replied, “No. He knew him.”
Pegues: “How well?”
Pinney: “We interfaced with officers.”
Pegues: “How well did he know him?”
Pinney: "He knew him. I would say pretty well."
From the same story:
“Last month, Maya Santamaria, the owner of the since burned down club, first revealed that Chauvin and Floyd had worked together. She said that Chauvin had worked on and off for 17 years as an off-duty officer at the club, while Floyd had been employed as security inside the venue for around a year. Speaking to KSTP, Santamaria said she wasn't sure how much contact the pair had with each other.
‘They were working together at the same time, it's just that Chauvin worked outside and the security guards were inside,’ she said.”
The CBS report and interviews by correspondent Jeff Pegues are at:
Even if those interviewed later recanted part of their respective stories, it does not change what each stated clearly and unequivocally to Pegues. There may be many reasons, related to either threats or bribes, for these individuals to change their story.
Despite this excellent and thorough reporting, today these stories from firsthand accounts, including George Floyd’s own family, are now generally classified as “conspiracy theories.” Consider this current statement on the same subject from “fact-checker” snopes.com. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/chauvin-floyd-club-employment/
Snopes.com: “So while it’s true that Floyd and Chauvin worked at the club at the same time, it’s unknown, and unlikely, according to the former owner of the building where the club was located, that the two men knew each other.” Just like that, Snopes dismisses both the Pegues interview and the position stated by George Floyd’s own family that Chauvin knew Floyd. Even though the label snopes.com gives the story is “mixed,” the last statement implies the idea that George Floyd’s murder was premeditated is, in essence, a conspiracy theory.
Consider the following objective argument: Fights are pretty common at nightclubs, so all security personnel must be prepared to respond. Think about how unlikely it would be for a police officer, moonlighting as a bouncer outside a club, would be unaware that the 6’5” 240-pound bouncer inside the club is on HIS side if a fight breaks out. Police officers are professionally trained for situational awareness, and when fights occur, wouldn’t it make sense for ALL security to attend to the situation – whether outside or inside?
Furthermore, the club is not particularly large, as pictured above. And recall from also that the Rao article (discussed in:
with the Rao article accessible at https://web.archive.org/web/20201230035723/https://www.startribune.com/george-floyd-hoped-moving-to-minnesota-would-save-him-what-he-faced-here-killed-him/573417181/ ) suggested that George Floyd often accompanied guests outside in another security job at Conga Latin Bistro, so it is almost certain that George Floyd would have interacted with Derek Chauvin to some extent in a similar way outside of El Nuevo Rodeo.
Common sense strongly suggests that Derek Chauvin knew George Floyd. But the narrative that “fact-checkers” want to establish push is so pervasive that they dismiss the idea that his George Floyd’s death was premeditated- even though the idea was initiated by George Floyd’s own family.
By enforcing the narrative that a premeditated murder of George Floyd is a “conspiracy theory,” those who control the media has can censor discussion, by labeling it “disinformation,” and thereby protect an enemy which plots and carries out such a plan. As a result, the “fact-checkers” who squash the idea that George Floyd’s murder might be premeditated under the circumstances described could be seen as aiding and abetting those who murdered George Floyd.
In this article, I am going to demonstrate that George Floyd was targeted and drugged/poisoned through the combined efforts of then-officers Lane and Kueng prior to his murder by forced suffocation through the combined actions of Lane, Kueng, and Chauvin (while former officer Thao stood by and held back the crowd). The description of the murder of George Floyd was given in the trial of Derek Chauvin by expert witness, Dr. Pierre Kory. His testimony was provided under oath, and he subsequently thoroughly described it in a substack article:
Two key excerpts from Dr Kory are as follows. The introduction by Dr Kory is chilling.
And later in the piece, Dr. Kory emphasizes that Chauvin, Kueng, and Lane all contributed to the murder:
In addition, to the medical opinion offered by Dr. Kory, an opinion that George Floyd was murdered was also rendered by the then- Minneapolis Police Chief, Medaria Arradando. He stated, “This was a murder –it wasn’t a lack of training. This is why I took swift action regarding the officers,’ ending their employment with the Minneapolis Police Department.”
https://m.startribune.com/police-chief-derek-chauvin-knew-what-he-was-doing/571443282/
The present article emphatically complements the work of Dr. Kory. An analysis of the combined bodycam videos taken by Officers Lane and Kueng will demonstrate that, prior to their participation in the suffocation of George Floyd, Lane and Kueng cooperated to harass, agitate and poison George Floyd. By doing so, Kueng and Lane were able to prepare the narrative that George Floyd resisted arrest and that dangerous illegal drugs were responsible for his death.
The evidence will suggest that by participating in participate in the premeditated murder of George Floyd, Lane and Kueng committed treason against the United States.
*** Background on Kueng, Lane, and Chauvin; Sources Used for Analysis***
Information about the three officers who suffocated George Floyd is widely available. Details of interest follow (bold emphasis is my own).
Background on Kueng:
https://heavy.com/news/2020/06/j-alexander-kueng
“Kueng, at age 26, was the youngest of the four officers had finished his year of required probation three months before he responded to the Floyd arrest, ABC-7 reported. His personnel file, notes that he speaks, reads and writes Russian, and did not include any commendations or disciplinary actions…
(Kueng’s defense attorney, Thomas ) Plunkett also mentioned that Kueng was very new to the force and had not completed his third shift as a (sp.) when he responded to the 911 call, according to CNBC. He also said that Kueng was concerned about Floyd and tried to stop what was happening by telling his fellow officers, ‘You shouldn’t do this.’ ”
A second source on Kueng’s background provides some additional details.
“Kueng speaks, reads and writes Russian. He had a girlfriend who is of Hmong descent.
In 2018, he graduated from the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in sociology of law and criminology…
In December 2019, he was hired as a police officer.”
The same source provides details about Lane:
“Thomas Kiernan Lane was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States. He did not graduate from high school but he got his General Educational Development (GED) diploma… When the Minneapolis Police Department fired Lane, he was still in his probationary period.
From 2000 to 2017, he held at least 10 jobs. He worked as a laborer, a telemarketer, a security guard, a server and bartender at different restaurants throughout Minneapolis and as a Home Depot sales associate…
In 2016, he earned his bachelor’s degree in sociology of law, criminology and deviance from the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul.
In December 2019, he started working as a police officer.”
A second source notes that Lane’s defense attorney claimed it was only his “fourth day on the job.”

Derek Chauvin was profiled by the New York Times:
https://www.nytimes.com/2020/07/18/us/derek-chauvin-george-floyd.html
The Times story about Mr. Chauvin demonstrates that he and his wife, Kellie Xiong (a former Hmong refugee, whom he married in July 2010) had money difficulties. The story also includes a detailed description of Derek Chauvin’s behavior with respect to a beauty contest entered by his wife. Notably, the NYT story also confirms that Mr. Chauvin worked as a bouncer at the same club where George Floyd worked.
More recently, CBS News reported the following on Chauvin and his (now) ex-wife.
“The nine felony tax evasion counts filed in July of 2020 allege that Derek and Kellie Chauvin underreported their joint income by $464,433 from 2014 through 2019, including more than $95,000 for his off-duty security work. Kellie Chauvin was a real estate agent and also operated a photography business. At the time, prosecutors said they owed $37,868 to the state, including unpaid taxes, interest and fees. Prosecutors have said the tax investigation began before Floyd's death.”

The primary sources used for the forthcoming analysis are publicly available. These include the two bodycam transcripts and the two videos files of the bodycam presently on youtube.com, though a log in through youtube (or Google, which owns youtube) is required to access them, nominally due to age requirements. The login requirement also serves to restrict viewership and allows Google (and its parent company Alphabet) to easily keep track of those who watch the videos.

A brief section of the bodycam video of Minneapolis Park officer Peter Chang, shown in the murder trial of Derek Chauvin, is also useful for one segment:
*** Kueng’s Body-cam: the ‘key’ sequence ***
A very important sequence is this section of the body-cam video, starting from the 5:17 mark on Kueng’s body-cam video. To begin, consider the court transcript (page 10), which is mostly accurate- but fails to convey the emotion in the video. All dialogue is in bold with points I wish to emphasize in italics:
J. Alexander Kueng: “Man, do you know why we're here?”
George Floyd: “Why?”
J. Alexander Kueng: “We‘re here because it sounds like you gave a fake bill to the individuals in there.”
George Floyd: “Yeah.”
J. Alexander Kueng: “Do you understand that?”
George Floyd: “Yes.”
J. Alexander Kueng: “And do you know why we pulled you out of the car? Because you was not listening to anything we told you.”
George Floyd: “Right, but I didn't know what was going on.”
J. Alexander Kueng: “You listen to us, and we will tell you what's going on, all right?”
George Floyd: “Yes, sir.”
J. Alexander Kueng: “When you‘re moving around like that, that makes us think way more is going on that we need to know.”
Thomas Lane: “Kueng, just put him In the car.”
George Floyd: “Right. And it's all I had.”
J. Alexander Kueng: “Gotcha, all right. We're going to put you in the back of a squad, all right?”
George Floyd: “Can l talk to you? [crosstalk 00:05:43]?”
J. Alexander Kueng: “Yeah, we‘re going to sort all this out, all right?”
George Floyd: “Please? Please, man. Please?”
J. Alexander Kueng: “That your car key?”
George Floyd: “It‘s my sister's.”
J. Alexander Kueng: “Key fob right there?”
George Floyd: “Yes, sir. Her name is... I got one problem.”
J. Alexander Kueng: “Yeah?”
George Floyd: “Please-“
J. Alexander Kueng: “I'm going to hold on to that for you. Stand up.”
At around 5:56 of the KARE version of the video, Kueng leans to his left, possibly to suggest he was picking up a key fob as Floyd is replying.
Shortly thereafter, Floyd stands up, and the back of Kueng’s right hand becomes visible in the image. By the 5:57 mark of the Fox 9 video, Kueng slides his right hand (which was previously not visible) down George Floyd’s right arm to his wrist.
Kueng’s hand then moves out of view of Kueng’s bodycam by 5:58 (of the Fox 9 video, which is used as a reference hereafter).
A view of Kueng’s right hand pressing upward against the cuffs on Floyd’s right wrist is just visible at the bottom of the image at 5:59.
[At 6:01, the court-provided transcript has an “inaudible” statement that sound like Floyd saying, “Quit messing with me, Mr. Officer.” At the pause between Kueng’s statements of “look it” and “you’re still able to reach to your side,” Floyd first cries “Aaah or ouch”. Then after Kueng’s comment, I interpret his reply to “That’s why I was feeling (or possibly ‘saying’), Mr. Officer. Look at my wrist. Look at it.”]
George Floyd: “Please, man. [inaudible 00:06:01], Mr. Officer, like right now, I'm like, "What's going-“
J. Alexander Kueng: “Yeah and look it, you're still able to reach your side. You're making me nervous.”
George Floyd: “All right, look at my wrist, look at it.”
[The transcript supplied to the court lists an “inaudible at 6:01,” which concurs with the timing of the next sequence. At 6:07, Kueng’s left hand initiates a rapid movement downward from Floyd’s upper arm. His left hand is virtually open and no objects are visible in his palm, though it is prtially blocked by Floyd’s forearm.
Then, for a brief instant at 6:07 on Kueng’s body-cam video, a grey object can be seen clearly in Kueng’s left hand. Much of the image is blurry because the camera is moving, but the size, color and shape of the object are distinct. This is arguably the most important image in this article.
A fraction of a second later, the silver-gray object is not as distinct but can still be seen in the image below, also marked 6:07. The object can be seen with its tip pointing toward Kueng’s left ring finger.
Then, Kueng’s hands join behind George Floyd’s right hand
In a frame time-stamped only one second later at 6:08, Kueng’s left hand is gripped around George Floyd’s right wrist as he claims George Floyd is “making him nervous” because he is still able to reach to his side.
From Kueng’s video time stamps 6:10 to 6:11, Kueng can be seen moving his left hand circumferentially around Floyd’s right wrist while pressing upward against the handcuff. During this 6:10-6:11 portion, Floyd cries out in apparent pain as he bends slightly forward, which can be seen in the image below.
After 6:12, Kueng’s hand is no longer seen in the video clip sequence.
After George Floyd expresses that he is in pain, the court transcript shows Kueng ominous reply:
J. Alexander Kueng: “Yeah, I got you. We'll fix all that. We'll fix all that, but you got to walk with me.”
The court transcript lists George Floyd reply as:
George Floyd: “Ouchy.”
[The transcript obviously understates the suffering expressed by George Floyd in this sequence, listing only “Ouchy.” with a period instead of an exclamation mark. Floyd actually cried out “Ouch! Man! Ooooh! Ouchy man!” This outcry can be definitively identified on the audio.
Lane then appears in the video, and in reply to George Floyd’s apparent cries of pain asks, “Are you on something?” The transcript continues.]
Thomas Lane: “What are, are you on something right now?”
George Floyd: “No, nothing.”
[In reply to Lane, George Floyd plainly exclaims, “I’m not on nothing!” Once again, the transcript downplays the emotional denial of George Floyd with the subdued statement, “No, nothing.”]
J. Alexander Kueng: “Because you acting real erratic.”
George Floyd: “I'm scared, man.”
Thomas Lane: “Let‘s go, lets go.”
George Floyd: “God, man.”
J. Alexander Kueng: “You got foam around your mouth, too?”
George Floyd: “Yes. Yes, I was hooping earlier.”
Thomas Lane: “Okay.”
[The statement about “foam around (Floyd’s) mouth” is significant. In the trial of Derek Chauvin, witness Courteney Ross was asked if Floyd has “foam around his mouth in relation to a hospitalization of George Floyd in March 2020. See
*** Events prior to Kueng’s questioning of Floyd ***
The video from both Lane and Kueng in the roughly 5 minutes, wherein Lane infamously draws his gun on Floyd, preceding is sequence is relevant for what it rules out. Specifically:
1. The two police officers do NOT reach into or empty George Floyd’s pockets when they initially place handcuffs on him. At a later time, near the squad car they search Floyd’s pockets.
2. The two body-cam videos rule out the possibility that Kueng could have attained the key fob he mentions by reaching into the car.
3. George Floyd does NOT complain about his wrist hurting when the handcuffs are initially placed on him. Rather, his first complaint is only after Kueng grips him as he moves away from where he was seated during Kueng’s questioning, near the 6-minute mark as detailed above.
The only feasible way the key fob described by Kueng could have come into his possession is if it had fallen out of George Floyd’s pocket as he was sitting down against the wall. In fact, Kueng bends down at the knees and reached to his left side as if to pick up a key fob from the ground adjacent to George Floyd. By reaching to the side, the bodycam view does not show the key fob. None of three camera views (Lane, Kueng, and Park officer Chang) show any evidence of a key fob (presumably gray or silver) laying on the ground.
Moreover, why would Kueng rely on George Floyd’s statement that the key fob was for the car he was found in when he could have simply pressed the buttons on the (alleged) key fob to lock and unlock the car, which was only a few feet away?]
Consider the following:
1. George Floyd already said the car was borrowed. So there is a strong possibility he would not have paid much attention to the key fob and might not recognize it easily.
2. Kueng had accused George Floyd of erratic behavior and shortly thereafter suggested he was on drugs.
Kueng’s body-cam video indicates that George Floyd did NOT look at the ground in the direction that Kueng reached in order to identify the key fob.
Kueng had already attained an affirmative response from Floyd when he suggested to Floyd that he used a fake bill. Floyd then continued “it was all (he) had.” As will be shown, George Floyd provided several other affirmative responses to officers Kueng and Lane in situations where he could not have know the answer, possibly to receive better treatment.
Any officer who actually believed an individual might have committed forgery or theft would have wanted to confirm that the key fob corresponded to the vehicle at the scene by testing it. This view (below) was acquired via the body-cam of Minneapolis Park officer Peter Chang. The proximity of the car (with its passenger door open on the left) shows how close Kueng was to the car. Also, no key fob is visible on the ground in proximity where Kueng reached about a minute after this still shot was acquired.
*** Thomas Lane’s Body-cam video ***
Now let’s examine the bodycam video from Thomas Lane in the similar timeframe.
Lane (asking for Shawanda Hill’s name): “Can you spell it?”
Shawanda Renee Hill: “S-H-A-W-A-N-D-A.”
Lane: “S-H-A-W-“
Shawanda Renee Hill: “A-N-D-A.”
[Note that, per the image below time-stamped 5:47, that Lane misspells “Shawanda” as “Shawnda” on his notepad. Sicne Hill did not have an identification, this could have been an important mistake and suggests that Lane was distracted by Kueng’s questioning of Floyd. Also, in the background of the same image, Kueng can be seen reaching down to George Floyd in an effort to get him to stand up.]
Speaker 7: “He all right sir. Like I said, but Mr. Adams-“
Shawanda Renee Hill: “Yeah, he OK.”
Lane: “Kueng, just put him in the car. Shawanda what?”
Shawanda Renee Hill: “Hill, or Renee, R-E-N-E-E.”
Lane: “What's your last name?”
Shawanda Renee Hill: “Hill, H-l-L-L.”
Lane: “And your date of birth?”
[The image below is the only one modified from the screenshot for this presentation. A green box is placed around the name written down by Lane and used as an inset to show the misspelling more clearly. Lane misspelled “Shawanda” as “Shawnda”.]
Shawanda Renee Hill: “is ya’ll coming to get me. 1/27/75. Okay.”
Lane: “Okay well so here's the thing, someone passed a fake bill in there. We come over here, he starts grabbing for the keys and all that stuff, starts getting weird, not showing us his hands. l don’t know what's going on, so you're coming out of the car. So, just hang tight right here. Stay right here, please.”
[Lane’s body-cam audio reveals that Kueng states the phrase “Is that your car keys?” to Floyd at time stamp from 5:45 to 5:47. Only 11 seconds later, the phrase, “he starts grabbing for his keys” is spoken by Lane from the image time-stamped 5:58 to 6:00. There is no evidence in the earlier sequence of either body-cam that George Floyd reached for keys. In fact, Floyd’s left hand is always visible in Lane’s body-cam. Because of the position taken by Lane, the angle of the camera Floyd’s right hand is only in view for part of the time. But ultimately, Floyd positioned both hands on his head without any keys present. After that point, Lane always saw Floyd’s hands. So if Lane could not see George Floyd’s right hand, how would he know that George Floyd was reaching for keys? Also, many cars with a key fob do not require a key in the ignition to start. If that were the case, then why would George Floyd “grab for his keys”? ]
Once Lane moves in proximity to Kueng, the audio is heard on both body-cams for the sequence in question.
*** The Signal by Light ***
At the time-stamp 5:54 on Lane’s bodycam, merely 7 seconds after the image of Shawanda Hill’s misspelled name and Kueng reaching down toward Floyd, a bright light first appears near the sign between the middle and ring fingers of Lane’s right hand.
By 5:58, the light illuminates Kueng’s left arm and the wall to his left side as shown in the image below. The combination of the angle of the light and its higher intensity on Kueng’s arm suggests the light is projected from Kueng himself. Otherwise, Kueng’s left arm, which is reaching forward as he grips Floyd would have blocked the light from striking Kueng’s right arm.
At 6:00, the light illuminates Kueng’s left arm and the wall to Keung’s left.
At 6:01, the light illuminates Kueng’s left arm. Lane’s right hand blocks the view of the upper wall.
At 6:02, the light also illuminates Kueng’s inner left arm and the wall to his left and slightly behind him.
At 6:04, the light is barely visible on Kueng’s left shirt sleeve and above him on the wall (projecting toward the ‘6’ and’0’ on the body cam label.’
At 6:08, the light can be seen illuminating Kueng’s shirt.
Finally, as Lane approaches at 6:09, the light is still visible on the left portion of Kueng’s shirt.
Lane’s body cam video shows time-stamped images at 6:13 and 6:14 cam video, which indicate he was then positioned in front of George Floyd. It is clear that no “foam” is present on George Floyd’s mouth area, despite the insinuation by Kueng that Floyd had “foam around (his) mouth” at the 6:19 time-stamp from the same (Lane’s) body -cam.
The second view at 6:14 shows Floyd’s mouth more clearly. No foam is present whatsoever.
To understand why this discussion about ‘foaming at the mouth’ comment about foam is so important, read part 1 (referenced above).
*** George Floyd’s wrist in the Squad Car Scene ***
About a minute after this above sequence, at 7:26 on Lane’s body-cam, Floyd asks the officers (according to the transcript) to examine his wrist in the following context.
George Floyd: “I’ll do anything, I’ll do anything y’all tell me too man. I'm not resisting man. I'm not! I'm not! You can ask him, they know me.”
[Importantly, the transcript leaves out the word “here.” Floyd said, “They know me here” implying they know him at Cup Foods.]
Lane: “Check that side.”
George Fioyd: “God man, I won’t do nothing like that. Why is this going on like this? Look at my wrist Mr. Officer, l'm not that kind of guy.”
Lane: “Check the other side.”
George Floyd: “Mr. Officer, Mr. Officer, I’m not that kind of guy.”
Lane: “Stop.”
George Floyd: “Please, I'm not that kind of guy, Mr. Officer. Please!”
At 8:08 of Lane’s body-cam video, the following image is seen and provides a good view of George Floyd’s right wrist:
If one zooms into Floyd’s right wrist a darkened area of skin surrounding a lighter patch can be seen in the center of the image below, just above the handcuffs:
Two minutes later, at 10:15, George Floyd cries out “Aaahh! Aaahh! Aaahh! My wrist! My wrist, man! My wrist, man, please!” as Lane grips the region of his right wrist which was discolored.]
George Floyd: “Please! Please! No, [inaudible 00:10:10].”
Kueng: “Take a seat.”
George Floyd: “I can‘t choke, I can't breathe Mr. Officer! Please! Please!”
Kueng: “Fine.”
George Floyd: “My wrist, my wrist man. Okay, okay. I want to lay on the ground. I want to lay on the ground. I want to lay on the ground!”
The transcript provided to the court from Lane’s body-cam misrepresents the body-cam video by minimizing his wrist pain using a period and by omitting the third phrase “My wrist, man, please!” I strongly encourage anyone reading this to confirm this point for themselves.
Only a few minutes later, George Floyd spoke his final words.
***Theory ***
I propose the following possible chain of events occurred:
1. Lane and Kueng were recruited to harm the United States by a very large and highly coordinated group. Both graduated from the sociology department at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities two years apart. Perhaps, that is a place to begin to look for connections. Their first job was to become police officers in Minneapolis.
2. Within four days of becoming eligible to patrol, according to their own attorneys, they stalked George Floyd. It is likely that George Floyd was chosen to be their victim long earlier. (Floyd was an attractive choice to the group because he had a criminal record from years earlier when he lived in Houston. This allowed the group to push one of its dual narratives on conservative media outlets. The group has sufficient influence to persuade conservative media to focus on Floyd’s criminal history, even though Floyd had never been arrested in the years he lived in Minneapolis. A theory on the main reason George Floyd was selected is reserved for part 3 of this series.)
3. Lane initiated the encounter with George Floyd by drawing his gun. Floyd was generally cooperative once he understood that Lane wanted him to do. At no point did Lane or Kueng read George Floyd his Miranda rights.
4. The two officers cuffed George Floyd, claiming he was resisting. However, it is more likely that the officers merely acted like Floyd was resisting arrest while tugging him in different directions and provoking him in order to get a reaction from Floyd.
5. Kueng pulled on George Floyd fingers and tugged him downward as he was crossing the street. Floyd protested, “Why are you doing me like this?”
6. Kueng’s main goal was to get Floyd to agree that he used a fake bill. It is clear that Floyd was agreeable to many suggestions the officers made. For instance, he agreed that he had “foam around his own mouth” even though he had no way of knowing whether he did or did not. Whether true or not, Floyd did imply that he might know the bill was fake.
7. Meanwhile, Lane had no interest in questioning the other two individuals in the car because his attention was diverted to Kueng’s questioning of Floyd a few feet away. He even misspelled Shawanda Hill’s first name, which could have been an important mistake since she had no identification. Recall that the Rao article included a statement from a representative of Cup Foods that Maurice Hall, the second passenger, had actually tried to use a fake bill before George Floyd allegedly paid with one. Yet Lane had no interest in questioning Maurice Hall about possible “forgery” whatsoever.
8. Once Floyd confessed, Kueng and Lane were prepared to take action in the next part of their mission. Kueng asked Floyd if the car keys (and then key fob) were his. Floyd said ‘yes’ but may possibly have only been referring to the car itself, stating “It is my sister’s.” Floyd did not look to his right side where Kueng appeared to reach, presumably for a key fob. Kueng could have pressed a button to confirm whether the key fob was for the car in question, which would have been a logical thing to do since Floyd said the car was not his own. However, Kueng did not do so. He only said he “would hold onto” the (alleged) key fob.
9. Only a few seconds after Floyd said yes to the question about the bill being fake, Lane called out to Kueng, “Get him in the car.” Kueng then attended to Floyd as he rose to his feet. Kueng also signaled to Lane, and perhaps Chauvin and others, that he was preparing to take the next step in their operation. Kueng shined a pen light or flashlight against his body and the wall at his left side. The light traveled with Kueng and the angle of the light is such that it certainly came from Kueng himself.
10. As he walked behind George Floyd, Kueng held a gray object in his left hand, which is visible at the 6:07 point in Kueng’s body-cam video. This object was used by Kueng either to inject poison (or drugs) into George Floyd’s right wrist or (less likely) to apply a topical poison to his right wrist. Kueng then pressed the handcuff into the region where the poison had either been injected or applied, causing Floyd to cry out in pain.
11. Both Lane and Kueng repeatedly insinuated that George Floyd had used drugs despite his consistent denials. They often echoed one another. More than once, they made such suggestions of drug use after George Floyd had expressed that his wrist hurt.
12. Lane and Kueng continued to agitate Floyd in any way possible. Over the course of just a few minutes, Floyd right wrist area became discolored, resembling what might result from a hornet sting, suggesting the effect of the poison/drugs. The officers knew they could distress and agitate Floyd by grabbing this injured area and did so in order to excuse the infliction of more harm to Floyd when he cried out in pain.
13. Finally, they combined with Chauvin to murder George Floyd through suffocation in the manner described by Dr. Pierre Kory in his expert witness testimony to the court. By injecting Floyd with drugs, they were hopeful that a jury would either exonerate them or else give them a very light sentence. Their benefactors were (and perhaps are) prepared to pay Lane and Kueng for their acts of murder and treason.
14. Chauvin, who was under investigation for tax evasion and had significant debt, was recruited to join Keung and Lane. When George Floyd died with Chauvin’s knee upon his neck, Chauvin was overcome by the magnitude of the murder in which he had participated. Kueng tried to persuade Chauvin to move off of Floyd’s neck because he knew that a conviction would be more likely if Chauvin stayed in place for a longer period of time. But Chauvin was essentially frozen in place. Chauvin became the embodiment of police brutality against Black men in the United States.
15. The murder of George Floyd was used as the catalyst to begin a multi-city attack on the United States. The goal was to destroy as much of America’s inner cities as possible while demoralize the citizens of the US and to influence the 2020 presidential election. A secondary goal may have been to spread Covid-19 through congregation of large groups, though that was largely ineffective.
16. Ultimately, the goal of the group was to initiate the “Great Reset.” The comments by both then-candidate Biden and by Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi suggest that the group has influence on both of the political leaders in the United States. I believe this group murdered George Floyd in order to ensure that Biden, Pelosi, and others attained political power to be used against the people of the United States. (As an aside, I believe this same sophisticated group which plotted the murder of George Floyd also influenced Biden to withdraw from Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan and to mandate Covid vaccination. Both actions were planned and designed to harm the United States.)
With respect to points 15 and 16, consider excerpts from this Voice of America story from 4 June 2020, https://www.voanews.com/a/usa_whos-behind-violence-george-floyd-protests-us/6190522.html
“The daytime protests this week across the US have been largely peaceful, consisting of people drawn from all racial backgrounds and all walks of life, young and old…. But many of the nights since Floyd’s death have been different, full of rampant pillaging, arson, and vandalism and brawling with police…. Who’s behinds the violence? ...Law enforcement officials in several states and cities contacted by VOA say they believe out-of-state actors seeded themselves within the overwhelmingly non-violent local community protestors… ‘Some people being arrested appear to be affiliated with the hard left, but others seem to be form the far right’ (according to Professor Brian Levin).”
Vandalism and violent protests occurred in multiple cities across the US – starting only four days later. Often, rioters were White males with skateboards and backpacks. Pause and reflect how much sophisticated logistical planning would be required to coordinate and execute the rioting carried out across so many different geographical locations within only four days. Perhaps the simplest explanation for such an apparent level of organization by those who carried out the violent acts is that the planning took place for more far longer than just one week, suggesting premeditation.
Were these violent acts were carried out by individuals, embedded and shielded among many sincere non-violent protestors of the murder of George Floyd, who sought to overthrow the United States government by a color revolution? Furthermore, was one act of violence carried out by this same cabal… the murder of George Floyd himself?
***A Literary Excursion: Crime and Punishment ***
It is quite uncommon that Americans learn how to speak and write in Russian, yet former officer Kueng’s personnel file showed that he did. Who could blame him? After all, he is able to read Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoyevsky, one of the greatest and most beautifully-written novels of all time, in its native language. Although it was written in the 1860’s, its lessons are timeless.
I advocate for reading the novel in its entirety, but I would like to point out a few pertinent excerpts from Michael Katz’s translation (ISBN-978-1-63149-531-1) which pertain to the subject at hand.
In the book, a young man named Raskolnikov committed a murder of two women with an axe, one of which was premeditated and one which occurred because the second innocent woman, named Lizaveta, walked in during the premeditated murder. Raskolnikov was overcome by guilt and many other emotions. After he murdered the women, Raskolnikov he asked his love interest, a tragic character named Sonya, to read the story from the Bible about how Jesus brought Lazarus back to life four days after he had died.
The character Sonya, a devout Christian, believed passionately in God and obliged, though she was unsure why Raskolnikov made the request.
Her reading of this Biblical passage foreshadowed Raskolnikov’s own encounter with investigator, Porfiry Petrovich, who had used a logical argument to determine that Raskolnikov was the unlikely murderer. The problem for Porfiry was that another individual, named Mikolka, had already confessed to the crime. Naturally, Raskolnikov viewed the false confession by Mikolka as a windfall as it seemed likely to provide a definitive means by which he would get away with the murders. Regardless, Porfiry remained confident that Raskolnikov was the murderer. The problem was Porfiry had no evidence to prove it. Even worse, the motive for the murder was very strange; rather than commit the crime for the usual reasons like passion or money, Raskolnikov committed the murder over an idea described in an obscure academic article.
Porfiry decided to confront Raskolnikov, as represented in the following passage, using the more familiar name “Rodion Romanych” (in Russian tradition) to address him:
The last sentence is an example of Porfiry’s observation that human emotion sometimes gives away even the best laid tactical plans, executed flawlessly. The timeless value of Dostoyevsky’s work is on display now – surely this is what happened to Derek Chauvin as his knee pressed upon George Floyd’s neck. We have all seen the picture of Chauvin – there is no need to include it here. Where is the surprise in his expression after Floyd had died? Only moments earlier, Chauvin had said “If you can talk, you can breathe.” Yet, the man to whom he had spoken that sentence had indeed suffocated. Why didn’t Chauvin try to resuscitate him if he felt strongly that Floyd’s dying would not occur? Kueng, knowing that Chauvin’s reaction after they had murdered Floyd might jeopardize their mission, suggested to Chauvin that he turn Floyd onto his side – long after Floyd had expired. But Chauvin was frozen in place. I believe Chauvin fully expected the outcome that he was paid to help cause.
Chauvin’s expression was not one of surprise; it was an expression of regret.
No matter how well trained or tactically expert Chauvin was, nothing could truly prepare him for his emotional response the moment he took the life of an innocent man named George Floyd. Chauvin’s body was no longer subject to control by his intellectual part of his mind, just like Dostoyevsky’s character Raskolnikov.
Even after telling Raskolnikov he knew what he had done, Porfiry had no evidence which anyone would believe, sometimes using the metaphor of mathematical certainty - “two times two is four” as his benchmark for certain proof. Porfiry admits this in the passage below, suggesting to Raskolnikov (again using the more familiar “Rodion Romanovich”) that, in today’s terminology, he would be considered a “conspiracy theorist.”
The trouble for Porfiry, or any other investigator, is that the certainty of mathematical proof is so very difficult to find. Even in the instance of a “smoking bayonet,” fact-checkers or controlled media could suggest that it might have been merely used to roast a hot dog. “Where is your evidence?” they might probe maliciously.
So Porfiry, seeing Raskolnikov’s physical manifestation of his guilt, suggests to Raskolnikov that he confess to the crime. The beauty of Dostoyevsky’s writing is he draws a subtle parallel between Porfiry calling forth Raskolnikov to confess and Jesus calling forth Lazarus from the grave.
Indeed, the brilliant novel Crime and Punishment climaxes with Raskolnikov confessing to his crime.
The book Doctor Strangelove famously ends with the release of a nuclear bomb. But I would argue that confession, the climax chosen by Dostoyevsky, is far more powerful than a nuclear bomb.
*** Chauvin’s Statement to the Floyd Family ***
This literary excursion is especially valuable if one takes into account Derek Chauvin’s statement at the
Derek Chauvin addresses court, described by ABC News as “a cryptic message”:
Chauvin: “Thank you, your honor. Um, at this time due to some additional legal matters at hand, I am not able to give a full, formal statement at this time. Um, very briefly though, I want to give my condolences to the Floyd family. Um, there’s going to be some other information in the future that would be of interest. I hope that things will give you some – some peace of mind. Thank you.”
Do you believe in miracles?
*** Concluding Remarks ***
There was no special access or skill set needed to collect and convey the information in this article. Anyone who is able to log into youtube will be able to accomplish the same feat, as long as the videos are not taken down, modified, or otherwise censored. I encourage others to look for other segments of the video to explore.
I repeat my request stated in the concluding remarks of “The Premeditated Murder of George Floyd, Part 1” that anyone who is involved in lying about data or other information regarding Covid-19 should confess to what you have done, even if you view it as a minor transgression. Tell the American people – and the people of the entire world- the truth. Part 3 of this series is coming – and it will describe a theory for the motive for the murder of George Floyd – which involves actions surrounding Covid-19. Decide whether you wish to be associated with the people who carried out the premeditated murder of George Floyd and act accordingly.
Here, though others are likely involved, I focus my request for confession to three individuals: Alexander Kueng, Thomas Lane, and Derek Chauvin. Based on his courtroom statement to the Floyd family, I get the sense that Derek Chauvin may already have come forward.
Thomas Lane and Alexander Kueng, you know what you have done. You may believe that the evil people who persuaded you to take your actions and who promised support to you have so much power and control that you must follow their instructions. But the truth is they have NO POWER AT ALL unless you follow through with their lie.
The truth has been laid bare for anyone to see. There is nowhere to hide. You murdered George Floyd alongside Derek Chauvin, and you did so with carefully-planned premeditation and forethought.
Both of you are young and may have many years ahead. You are both role players. The ones who tempted you and facilitated your malicious deeds are the more valuable targets. Confession is the first step to reclaiming your lives and reviving your soul from the dead. Of course, there will be punishment – but it will never exceed the mental torture you will live in for the rest of your lives.
Thomas Lane and Alexander Kueng, escape this trap and confess to your role in the premeditated murder of George Floyd.
Confession is the Way Out.
“I start again. And whatever pain may come… today this ends. I’m forgiving what I’ve done.” (Linkin Park, What I’ve Done)
HOLY CRAP did you see Kanye's reveal just now on Piers Morgan?
[Link removed, awaiting full interview]
Kanye said that on the day of his death George Floyd said "they are looking for a tall one" and prayed. It was suggested that he allowed himself to be sacrificed knowing that this was happening because his family would be taken care of.
You were right and Kanye just blew the lid off.
Wow what a great read!
